CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment please ensure you provide 24 hours notice where possible.

Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment may apply at the discretion of Carley Blythe Beauty.

Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may require a non refundable booking fee to be paid in advance for any future appointments being made.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality treatment. In  the event that you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you are running 10 minutes or more late for your appointment please be aware that we may not be able to carry out the full treatment that you have scheduled and may have to adapt the treatment time so as not to inconvenience the following clients, this is at the discretion of Carley Blythe Beauty. We reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and no cancellation notification is received then we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked treatment at the discretion of Carley Blythe Beauty. This payment is to be made prior to further treatments being booked. Repeated non attendance may require a non refundable booking fee to be paid in advance for any future appointments being made.
